    Due to custom build personalized nature all sales are final. There is a $50 consultation fee which will be included to the total coast when complete. After consultation process, you will receive an estimate to be approved. Once approved a 20% down payment of estimate is required to begin building.  You will receive periodic photo and/ or video updates of the build as well as some further consultation and additional options as they present them selves. Once a certain stage is complete, no going back to change.  If at any point of build client abandons project and or refuses to pay, build becomes property of Scottario Music.

  Any Instrument left at Scottario Muisc for more than 30 days that is not work in progress or with prier arrangement will be subject to a storage fee. Storage fee will be $10 a day starting 31 days after services are complete. Name on file for instrument will have been contacted several times by then.  After 60 days instrument will be considered abandoned and become property of Scottario Muisc. Name on file will be contacted for the last time.

Once approved a 20% down payment of estimate is required to begin building.  Clients custom design will remain private between Scottario Music and Client until complete. You will receive periodic photo and/ or video update of the build as well as some further consultation and additional options as they present them selves. Once a certain stage is compete, no going back to change.  If at any point of build client abandons project and or refuses to pay build materials become property of Scottario Music. 

 I guarantee all client custom builds, Scottario custom builds and Scottario guitar series are built to top standards as requested or provided for each build for 1 year. Does not include damage to finish during use or storage after client possession. Does not include structural damage do to mishandling or alternate tunings and playability as a result.

  It is my goal to insure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase!  If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund of the purchase price, shipping not included.   Aside from reported damages or defects, all returned items must be in their original condition with no signs of wear, damage, dinging, or scraping and include all original packaging, manuals, warranties, accessories, etc. (if applicable).
